The Connecticut Higher Education Supplemental Loan Authority (CHESLA) announced today that CHESLA is now accepting scholarship applications from students pursuing an undergraduate degree or a health or manufacturing certificate in the upcoming academic year. This means high school seniors attending college in the Fall are eligible.
