information provided by you on the loan application, by your school, by
your employer, consumer reporting agencies and your transactions with
us and with others. We do not disclose non-public personal information
regarding applicants, borrowers, co-borrowers or former borrowers to
any third party except as required or permitted by law. We disclose the
information we collect only as is necessary to make, service and
enforce our rights regarding your loan and in order to coordinate with
your educational institution. Our employees are instructed to maintain
the confidentiality of your non-public personal information and to keep
such information secure.
