CHESLA's loan servicer, Firstmark Services, is changing how phone payment fees are charged to borrowers/co-borrowers.
Currently, a borrower/co-borrower is charged a $5.00 fee for making an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payment along with making a payment with a Customer Service Representative.
Beginning August 25th, customers will be charged a $15.00 Convenience Fee for making a payment with a Customer Service Representative. The IVR fee will remain at $5.00. This information will be disclosed to the customer prior to taking the payment and they will have the option to call back in and make the payment through the IVR.
Web payments made online at FM.com and reoccurring (Kwikpay) fees will remain at $0.
